I started here when I was sixteen, just looking for a job during my high school years. I enjoyed coffee before, but after working in and around it for so long, it became a part of my life. Learning more about the varieties of coffee, the roasting process, the best brewing methods, and seeing how all this comes together into a single cup, served to incredible people, is the reason I get out of bed in the morning. The caffeine helps too. I’m a manual brew lover and an espresso enthusiast. There’s something so fulfilling about extracting a multitude of complex flavors with just water and a coffee bean.
