The cup delivers rich caramel sweetness with bright stone fruit and chocolate notes, complemented by nutty undertones and hints of green tea. The citric acidity provides brightness while maintaining a juicy body that makes each sip satisfying. Peaberry beans, which develop as single rounded beans instead of the typical split bean, are prized for their concentrated flavors and uniform roasting characteristics.

These beans come from estates with remarkable histories – from Count Davico’s 1931 Mondul Estate on the mountain slopes to the German-established Burka Estate dating back to 1899. Each estate contributes unique characteristics shaped by Tanzania’s diverse terroir, from volcanic soils to highland forests.
